  • We accept payments through Paypal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed on to Paypal, including information necessary to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy.

3.7 Use of Third-Party Artificial Intelligence Providers

Our service allows users to generate content using different artificial intelligence providers. To do so, users must register their API keys from the chosen provider in our interface in the API Keys section. We act as an integration platform and securely store these API keys.

Users have full control over their API keys at all times. If a user decides not to share their API keys with us, they can choose not to provide them. Additionally, if a user has already provided their API keys but wishes to stop sharing this information, they can delete their API keys at any time from the API Keys section.

Please note that to use our platform, you must have an account with the selected artificial intelligence provider and agree to their terms and policies. We do not share any user data with these providers beyond what is necessary for content generation based on user instructions.

Lastly, it’s important to highlight that each artificial intelligence provider has its privacy policy and data management. Therefore, we strongly recommend our users to review the privacy policies of the artificial intelligence providers before providing their API keys:

3.8 Accuracy of the Data

The user is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data they record. The website is exempt from any type of responsibility in this regard.

As a user, you must guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of the personal data provided by providing complete and correct information in the different data collection forms.

3.9 How long is this data kept?

There is no predetermined expiration date for collected data. Personal data is removed  at the request of the interested parties.

To facilitate the exercise of these rights, email marketing communications will provide instructions on how you can request the immediate removal of your personal data from our email provider’s database.

We promise to execute all these rights within the maximum legal period of 10 business days. In practice we will do it much earlier, since we have no interest in having your data, if you do not want it.
